While Worldtastic Travel operates primarily as an information resource and travel blog, and may not meet all the specific thresholds that mandate full CCPA/CPRA compliance (e.g., annual gross revenue over $25 million, or processing data of 100,000+ consumers/households/devices), we nonetheless strive to implement practices that align with the spirit of these comprehensive privacy regulations.

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights concerning your personal information, subject to certain exceptions:

- Worldtastic Travel does not directly “sell” your personal information in the traditional sense for monetary compensation. However, as outlined in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, we use advertising services (like Google AdSense and Google Ads) and may engage with affiliate marketing programs. These services may utilize cookies and other tracking technologies that, in some cases, could be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.
- To exercise your right to opt-out of such “sharing,” please refer to the “Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising” section in our Cookie Policy for instructions on how to manage your cookie preferences and opt-out through relevant industry tools.

Worldtastic Travel generally collects limited sensitive personal information. Any such collection and use would be as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. This may involve matching information you provide in your request with personal information we already maintain about you. We will respond to your verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

In the preceding 12 months, Worldtastic Travel may have collected the following categories of personal information:

8. California “Shine the Light” Law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83)
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
Worldtastic Travel does not disclose your personal information to non-affiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

9. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals
CalOPPA requires us to disclose how we respond to Do Not Track signals. Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online Browse activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
